Our recently published 2025 ESG Report, Driven by Purpose, reflects the continued integration of
environmental stewardship, social responsibility and strong governance into how Cologix grows our
business and supports the critical digital infrastructure our customers depend on every day.
For Cologix, purpose means building and operating digital infrastructure that enables sustainable
innovation while remaining accountable to the people and communities connected to it. As demand for
AI, cloud and digital connectivity continue to accelerate, we remain focused on growing responsibly and
creating long-term value for all our stakeholders.
This year marked an important milestone in our ESG journey. We completed a comprehensive refresh of
our 2030 ESG Roadmap after conducting a double materiality assessment to ensure our ESG strategy
continues to reflect the evolving priorities of our business, our stakeholders and the digital
infrastructure industry.
We are pleased to share additional highlights from our 2025 ESG Report, including:
- Achieving 67% carbon-free energy across our North American portfolio
- Opening MTL8, one of Canada’s first colocation data centers to achieve LEED® Gold certification
- Achieving ISO 14001 certification across our operational footprint, strengthening our
environmental management systems - Maintaining an average Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) of 1.42, approximately 8% better than
the industry benchmark of 1.52 - Improving our portfolio-wide Water Usage Effectiveness (WUE) to 0.157 L/kWh, a 32%
improvement since 2023 and over 90% lower than the global data center average - Continuing to invest in our people, resulting in an employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) of +58
and expanded learning, wellbeing and community engagement programs
This year’s report also represents an important step forward in how we communicate our ESG
performance. We expanded our disclosures to align with International Financial Reporting Standards
(IFRS) Foundation IFRS S1 and IFRS S2, strengthening transparency and providing stakeholders with
greater insight into how sustainability is embedded within our strategy, governance and risk
management processes.
The progress we made throughout 2025 reflects the commitment of our employees and the trust and
collaboration of our customers, partners and communities. As we look ahead, we remain focused on
building resilient digital infrastructure, growing responsibly and creating positive impact wherever we
